A few simple basic rules


01. The internet point gate programme is open to all internet points, subscription is free and not binding in any way.

02. The collaboration does not mean internet point gate accepts subscriptions from all internet points. The web page is assigned by our staff after assessment following precise criteria, the number of workstations, the Internet traffic and the location of the internet point itself.

03. For more than one internet point owned by the same person one web page only will be created for use in all workstations, and profits will be calculated on all internet points.

04. This free service must be accepted as it is, internet point gate will do all within its power to ensure quality and continuity of the service.

05. internet point gate declines any liability for data loss (of any sort) caused by damage due to mechanical failure or caused by other unexpected events.

06. No refund is due for any damage caused (directly or indirectly) by the service.

07. internet point gate is bound to provide an efficient and clear statistics system so that all subscribers can personally check their profits.

08. internet point gate will stop any relation if statistics and page monitoring reveal generation of non random impressions or clicks on the assigned pages. Generation of impressions and clicks on assigned pages by the owners or the staff on computers used by customers for surfing is forbidden (no increase in profits would be generated anyway).

09. internet point gate will send payment to the address provided when profit reaches minimum 50 $; payments will in any case be every two months.

10. The same subscriber may have more than one internet point in his/her name. It is strictly forbidden to subscribe with the same internet point more than once.

11. internet point gate declines any liability for technical errors made by the subscriber or his/her staff when setting the assigned web page.

12. Internet point gate payments will be made every two months.

13. If in two months credit for each ID is below 50 $ it will be added up to the credit of the following month till the minimum 50 $ is reached (unless the account has been suspended). For example, if the account credit from November is 50 $, you will be paid at the end of December.

14. Assignment of a web page may occur only after all the information required in the registration form has been supplied.

15. Accounts inactive for more than 21 days will be cancelled together with any payment related to them. Should the internet point close for holidays etc internet point gate must be informed by e-mail; the account will be temporarily frozen.

16. Not following these rules will lead to blocking of the account.

17. IMPORTANT: before using any services and to avoid problems of any kind (including blocking of the account), please read the internet point gate terms and conditions reported in this site.

18. It is strictly forbidden to use any personal data to subscribe except for one’s own.

19. Our policy against SPAM is ZERO TOLERANCE!

20. These general conditions may change. Should changes influence commission the subscriber will be informed immediately. Every subscriber has the right to remove his consent to the present conditions at any time.

21. internet point gate has the right to take to court anybody who does not respect the above rules and claims damages from actions that negatively influence the system’s functions or the service image.

22. The collaboration between internet point gate and internet points is long-term, although either party may end it at any time. Unless suspension is caused by breach of contract the internet point may ask for the credit obtained till then on condition that the credit is over the minimum 50 $ (not including credit of the last 48 hours).

23. All parties explicitly acknowledge that access to pages of internet point gate and related programmes and data does not give the subscriber any rights over them and that those rights are the property of their respective authors only.

24. It is strictly forbidden to subscribe internet points belonging to other people unless they have specifically requested it (if so all relevant documents and papers must by supplied by mail).

25. Parents and legal guardians who allow minors (below the age of 18) to use services provided by internet point gate are fully responsible for the minor’s behaviour.

26. internet point gate is in no way responsible for the behaviour of customers in internet points.

27. The subscriber must protect service access data from unauthorised individuals and must store that data in a safe place.

28. The place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising between the parties regarding the internet point gate network is the Judicial Branch of Rome.
